How to Cancel a Booking
- Cancel directly through your Flyowings account or by contacting our customer service team.
- Provide your booking reference number and relevant details to initiate cancellation.
- Requests must be submitted within the timeframe set by the service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, activity operator).
Cancellation Fees & Refunds
- Fees: Charges vary by provider, booking type, and cancellation timing.
- Eligibility: Some bookings (e.g., promotional rates) may be non-refundable. Refunds follow the provider’s policy.
- Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, typically reflect within 7 business days (varies by payment method/bank).
Partial Cancellations
Canceling part of your booking (e.g., one passenger or night) may qualify for a partial refund, subject to the provider’s terms.
No-Show Policy
Failure to cancel before the booking date may result in no refund and/or charges for the full booking amount.
